ATTORNEY
Craig
H. Lane has been practicing law in the Siouxland area since 1982. He graduated
from the Creighton University School of Law in 1981 after receiving his
undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1978.
Craig
practices primarily in family law (divorce, child custody and visitation,
child support, adoption), bankruptcy law (Chapter 7) and also Criminal
Law (DUI’s, Assault, Theft, Fraud, etc.) He is a member of the Iowa
Bar Association including the Family Law Section, the Bankruptcy Section
and the Criminal Law Section). He is also a member of the Nebraska State
Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the Winnebago Tribal Court.
Craig
is licensed in both Iowa and Nebraska. He was a part time instructor for
the National Academy for Paralegal Studies from 1990 to 1995. He taught
evening adult paralegal courses in Family Law, Bankruptcy Law, Criminal
Law and Contract Law.
